Shipping policy

Home delivery in Mauritius is available for a flat rate of Rs150 across the island. Free delivery is available for orders over Rs2000.
Delivery by Mauritius Post is available as from Rs80 depending on package weight. 

International delivery is not currently available.

Once the order is confirmed, home/office delivery will be made within 2 to 3 working days. Please make sure to provide a valid phone number to facilitate a fast and effective delivery. Our delivery team will get in touch via phone call to confirm address and time once the parcel is on the way.

Delivery by post will take an average of one week or more. Crafty Jo Mauritius is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged items by Mauritius Post. If you are in a hurry please use the Home/office Delivery option or Pick up, as post office runs will only be done once a week.  

Crafty Jo Mauritius is not responsible for delays in delivery due to forces outside of our control such as carrier issues or inclement weather.

Pick up is also available at Le Crack Boutik in Rose Hill within 2 working days. Refer to the Free Pick Up page for more details and conditions.
