Refund policy

Please review your order carefully. Once an order has been placed there is no cancellation or changes allowed.

Disclaimer: Product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies only to damaged goods and wrong items delivered. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason such as change of mind and mistakes in purchasing.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If you have received a damaged or wrong item upon delivery, we will exchange the item for the same one or organise a refund if the item is no longer available. 

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If 7 days have passed since receiving your item, you are no longer eligible for a return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
